Convergence Trade Group ("CTG," "we," "us," or "our") operates a cryptocurrency trading signal service delivered through Discord and Telegram. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights regarding that information.

By accessing our service, completing a purchase, or joining our Discord server, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Age Requirement — COPPA Compliance

Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use this service.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information from our systems immediately and terminate the associated account without refund.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the service.

Information You Provide

• Email address — collected at checkout via Stripe
• Discord username and user ID — used to assign subscription tier roles in our Discord server
• Telegram user ID — collected if you interact with our Telegram bot

Information Collected Automatically

• IP address — logged automatically by our hosting infrastructure (Railway) on each API request
• Signal delivery logs — records of which signals were sent, to which tier, and at what timestamp
• Usage counters — daily signal delivery counts per user, stored temporarily in Redis and reset at midnight UTC

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect, store, or process payment card numbers. All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe.
• We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or any sensitive personal identifiers.
• We do not collect trading account credentials or brokerage account information.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:

• Service delivery — routing signals to the correct Discord channel or Telegram feed based on your subscription tier
• Account management — assigning and updating Discord roles when your subscription status changes
• Compliance — maintaining records required under applicable law and for fraud prevention
• Customer support — responding to inquiries you initiate

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

CTG uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

6. Data Retention

After the applicable retention period, your personal data will be deleted from our systems.

• Right to know — You may request a summary of what personal data we hold about you.
• Right to delete — You may request deletion of your personal data. We will process requests within 30 days.
• Right to opt out — We do not sell personal data, so no opt-out of sale is applicable. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
• Right to correct — You may request correction of inaccurate personal data we hold.

• Server-side secrets management via environment variables (never stored in code)

• Stripe handles all payment data — we never touch card numbers

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
